IN STORE Return Policy
Shoes and clothing may be returned for a credit card refund within five (5) business days of purchase with a sales receipt. A store credit or exchange will be given for returned items within ten (10) days of purchase. All items returned must be from sale location purchases, unworn and the price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and SALE or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit.
ONLINE Return Policy:
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. SALE or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
We offer two day priority shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $10.00, unless otherwise indicated. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary two day priority shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather.
